Your Grubbrr Software Subscription (the “Subscription”) shall automatically renew on the same day each month (“Monthly Renewal Date”) following Your Grubbrr Subscription Start Date, as indicated on the Grubbrr Order Form, or the day prior to the Monthly Renewal Date, if necessary due to the calendar year. In the event Your Subscription includes a 30-day free trial period (“Trial Period”), Your first payment for the Subscription shall be paid via ACH or credit card, as selected by You on the Grubbrr Order Form, the day following the Trial Period, for the amount stated on the Grubbrr Order Form. In the event You do not wish to continue the Subscription following the Trial Period, You must notify Grubbrr via email at squaresupport@grubbrr.com at least five (5) days prior to the conclusion of the Trial Period. During the Subscription period, You may cancel at any time by providing Grubbrr notice via email at squaresupport@grubbrr.com. In order to avoid payment the following month, please be sure to provide such notice at least five (5) days prior to the following Monthly Renewal Date. Please include the name of the individual requesting the cancellation and the business name, phone number, and email address associated with the Subscription.

By accepting below, You consent to automatic renewal of the Subscription, as stated herein, and automatic payment of the associated charges, via the method selected by You on the Grubbrr Order Form. You understand You may cancel at any time by emailing Grubbrr at squaresupport@grubbrr.com, including the name of the individual requesting the cancellation and the business name, phone number, and email address associated with the Subscription.

In order to access the Grubbrr Software, You must possess power and a stable network connection. Grubbrr recommends connecting to the network via an ethernet connection, however, wireless connection is possible. Note, You may experience connectivity issues when connecting via wireless due to circumstances beyond Grubbrr’s control. By signing this document, I affirm that I have read, understood, and consent to the terms contained in the Grubbrr Software as a Service Agreement, as may be amended periodically and without notice, found at www.grubbrr.com/agreements .
